Meet Our Staff

Jen
In June 2021, Jen assumed ownership of Eagleridge Golden Retrievers, fueled by her lifelong love for these dogs. Her journey with Golden Retrievers began at the age of 12, and she hails from Utica, NY. After earning an undergraduate degree in Biology from Utica University, Jen pursued a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013, working as a Physical Therapist and Multisite Manager for 8 years.
Jen, a Golden Lover, met her wife Meghan in 2011, and they relocated to Florida in 2014, building their first home in 2015. Their exploration of Golden Retriever Breeders in Florida led to the acquisition of their first Golden Retriever, Kaiya, from the previous Eagleridge owner, Dennis Williams, in 2016. Jen and Meghan tied the knot on Siesta Key Beach in 2017, and Jen became a cobreeder of Eagleridge in 2019. Following their Fertility Journey, they are now proud parents to three sons; Mason (4), Eli (3), and Kaden (1).
In her leisure time, Jen relishes moments with family and friends, engages in woodworking, and undertakes home improvement projects.
Jen has recently earned her certificate for the completion of the AKC’s Canine Genetics Course. With a deep passion for Golden Retrievers, Jen is committed to enhancing the breed. Her incorporation of DNA testing into the breeding program, coupled with her Genetics background, enables the precise selection of breeding pairs, ensuring the birth of healthy puppies.

Stephanie
Stephanie became a Care Attendant for our adult males and females at Eagleridge in August 2022, relishing the daily opportunity to spend time with and care for our affectionate Golden Retrievers. Currently she cares for our current and expectant mamas and puppies ranging from birth to 8 weeks. With a rich background of working and living on various farms, she has nurtured horses, goats, dogs, cats, and chickens throughout her life. Stephanie has recently become a Canine Good Citizen and STAR Puppy Evaluator through the American Kennel Club and assists with training the puppies in our Training Program.
Steph is a dedicated wife and mother of two, with a 24-year-old daughter and a 19-year-old son. She extends her love for animals to her home, where she cares for two rescues - a Rottweiler and a Pitbull - and 4 Eagleridge Goldens; Duckie, Denali, Freya, and Raven. Steph has hopes of becoming a Cobreeder of Eagleridge with her girls in the future.
Outside of her Eagleridge responsibilities, Stephanie is in the process of launching her own business, crafting and selling freeze-dried candies and dog treats. She revels in outdoor activities, whether it’s working in the garden or playing with the animals. Additionally, Stephanie enjoys expressing her culinary skills by cooking and baking for her friends, family, and pets.

Carina
Carina earned her Veterinary Assistant Certification from Southern Technical College in July 2024 and joined the Eagleridge team in November of the same year. Her passion for animals extends to dogs, wildlife, marine life, and reptiles. In 2023, she rescued a veiled chameleon named Pascal, showcasing her dedication to animal welfare both professionally and personally. Carina is eager to continue growing in the veterinary field and brings compassion, curiosity, and enthusiasm to every animal she helps care for.

Nyla
Joining Eagleridge in May 2023, Nyla assumes the role of Eagleridge’s night shift manager. Nyla brings a lifelong passion for animals to her role. She takes delight in expanding her knowledge about the care and well-being of our Golden Retrievers. At home, Nyla has a Shiba Inu named Evie! During her leisure hours, Nyla indulges in crocheting and crafting, often accompanied by Netflix entertainment.

Jalynn
Jalynn joined our team as Lead Trainer in December 2025. With nearly four years of veterinary technician experience and extensive work with exotic species, she brings a strong foundation in animal health, behavior, and welfare. Her passion for behavioral training began with her own reactive dog, whose anxiety shaped her understanding of the importance of patience, trust-building, and clear communication.
That experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping animals feel safe, supported, and understood. Today, Jalynn is committed to guiding families through their pets’ behavioral needs and creating positive, lasting change for both pets and their people.
In her free time, Jalynn loves discovering new music, trying out new recipes, and attempting to entertain her spicy cat, Ripley. She’s a big fan of online window-shopping, cozy naps, and spontaneous craft projects. Recently, she has found joy in exploring antique stores and uncovering unique little treasures.

Meet Our Cobreeders
Aaryn & Lisa became Cobreeders of Eagleridge in 2023. They find immense joy and fulfillment in raising Golden Retrievers, discovering a true sense of purpose in nurturing puppies that will bring love and happiness to every new family. According to Lisa, “The love and loyalty of an animal is one of life’s greatest treasures, and there’s nothing more heartwarming than the way a Golden’s beautiful brown eyes gaze up at you.” With their beloved dogs, Stella, Gabby, Ginger, Millie, & Rikki their days are filled with golden tumbleweeds and the sweet scent of puppy breath—a life full of warmth, love, and joy.

Duckie, Freya, Denali, & Raven
Duckie, Denali, Freya, & Raven are our friendly greeters and puppy socializers. They belong to Stephanie. Duckie is from our Delia x Tucker February 2023 Litter, Denali is from our Sierra x Kipp May 2024 Litter, Raven is from our Artie x Kipp 2025 Litter, and Freya joins us from Copperfield Goldens in North Carolina. The girls LOVE playing with the puppies and cannot wait to hopefully become Eagleridge Mamas one day. Denali, Freya, Duckie, & Raven have two more doggie siblings at home- a Rottweiler; Ruger, and a pitbull mix; Alice.
